Customer Success Manager
Spotad offers a complete integrated advertising platform powered with data science capabilities for Advertisers and Marketers to run Mobile Acquisition and Brand Awareness Campaigns – reaching clients objectives at large scales.
Role & Responsibility:
Will be responsible for managing client accounts and catering them to success while utilizing Data Analysis practices, Optimization and Media Buying technics.
- Build and maintain multiple targeted mobile advertising campaigns for a variety of global clients
- Manipulate and analyze client reports and draw actionable conclusions on the basis of data you see, and optimize accordingly.
- Assist with, and learn about, campaign optimization, and how to drive significant increases in ROI for our clients.
- Become an expert in all facets of the mobile advertising industry, including knowledge of our existing and perspective clients, and stay on top of emerging trends
- Provide various analytical and status reports using web-based reporting tools
- Work with the Account & Product managers to improve Spotad’s media buying platform
- Participate in developing training for new team members and for other teams
- Closely monitor marketplace trends to surface new opportunities for growth, present findings to internal stakeholders and recommend action
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in media buying – mobile specific.
- Prior experience buying digital media on Self-Serve Platforms Creative optimization
- Agency or Performance Marketing experience is a plus
- Relevant Bachelor degree required
- Ability to work under tight schedules and pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel analysis (goal-seek, pivot tables, VBA)
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Great interpersonal skills
- A star team player
